What is hybrid working?

Hybrid working is a mix of remote working and office work within your company.
You can choose where you want to work. Not the workplace is leading, but the work you do.
Some days you can, for example, work in the office because at that time your work requires it, sometimes it is not necessary and you can work from home or work in a coworking space.

Remote working has become much more common since the pandemic sent people home from their offices and into the Zoom universe. This has put the onus on managers to find new and better ways to engage with and motivate staff, and we’re still learning how best to do this.

Perhaps the commonest advice given to managers is to provide remote staff with clear, measurable goals. Set targets, monitor progress, measure results.

More and more people are working from home.
At first it seems nice to telework from home.
You don’t have to go to work, no traffic jams. You can more or less plan your own day. Your line manager is not present all day.

However, working from home can also become a problem. The separation between work and private life is less obvious because you work in a place where you are normally when you are not working, i.e. your own home.
