Global Wellness Day is celebrated each year on the second Saturday of June as an international day. It is a completely non-profit day, a social project dedicated to good living.
The goal of Global Wellness Day is to ask the question, if only for one day, “How can I live a healthier and better life?”
This goal can be summarized as:
- Recognizing the value of our lives
- Taking a moment to pause and reflect, even if only one day a year
- Being free from the stress of daily city life and bad habits
- Making peace with ourselves
- Creating awareness about good living and increasing motivation, not just for today, but for the remaining 364 days of the year
